The place was clean, check in was easy and communication was quick and accurate.

The place was as described. Host was very responsive. It was close to a good coffee shop and restaurants which made meals easy. The ski shuttle was convenient! We would stay again.

We enjoyed a nice stay at this Airbnb. The pros: apartment was spacious and well appointed, the decor was nice and the kitchen was very well supplied. It felt open and spacious. Coffee bar with tea options and coffee was a nice touch. The bunk beds in the hallway worked out well for us, since they are in the hallway but on the second floor around the corner from the stairs the space is pretty dark which is a pro for us for kids and sleep. The bunk beds were comfy and the kids loved it. Some minor cons that we were able to offset but good to keep in mind: the apartment tends to be warm, we think it’s just heat from the main building and hallways because it was quite toasty in the bldg hallway all the time, we struggled the first night but ended up turning the heat off just for the evening / nights for the other days and that worked well. The walls are thin and you do hear a lot of noise from other apartments and hallway, we solved with sound machines. Overall good stay and recommend.

Very helpful host. The team was able to get access to the place with out a problem. Very clean and beautiful space. Would definitely recommend.

The location and layout were great. Easy walking to trails and dining and drinking. Two showers, sleeping upstairs and living downstairs was great. Overall the place just needs some attention: more utensils, dishes for cooking and eating. Bluetooth door lock batteries were dead and fireplace didn’t light. It was priced right. We won’t return here bc the diner touches were missing.

This was the first family vacation we took in years, and this place was awesome for the views and cleanliness of the home! Ended up having a runny nose so the tissues were super helpful! Coffee bar was cool a the host was extremely helpful with all my needs. Highly recommend!

The home was clean and peaceful. It was close to all the food and fun. One thing to note is that the hot tub is across the street.

Great place! Friendly host!

We had a great time while staying here. The Place comfortably slept 6 adults and had a nice living area to hang out after a day of skiing and cook your own dinner in the full kitchen. The furnishings were great for a ski town, and we especially loved the easy access to Perk coffee, which is a 1 minute walk. There is also a grocery store about 3 minute walk away. The drive to Winter Park main base was about 10 minutes, making it easy in the moring to get to the hill when the lift opens.

Location was close to the shuttle that took you to and from Winter Park resort which was very convenient. Walking distance to a few bars and restaurants as well. Our only complaint was that there was no hot water in the Airbnb and we all had to shower using boiled water while we waited for maintenance to come and fix the water heater.

Our family’s first time to snow and we were happy we found this location as we booked a last minute trip. The condo was clean and comfortable and located in the heart of Winter Park. Already planning our next trip back!!! Highly recommend this location.

We had a great stay! The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and my boys loved the bunk beds! The upstairs was quiet so they were able to sleep well even when the adults were still up. Loved having the coffee shop right downstairs and the market across the street!

Our group had a great time staying here! We were 2 families of 4 (kids aged 3-8) + 1 dog, and all fit comfortably. We planned to cook all of our meals in-house and found we had all the basic things we would need plus a few extra perks. It is an easy walk (even in the snow) to the hot tub, which we appreciated after a day if skiing, and easy to walk to some local restaurants and market. It seems like a little thing, but we especially appreciated the full sized detergents, shampoos, etc. We had packed our own because places often give you 1 dishwasher packet, for example, so it was nice to see they hadn't skimped on those things, because when you're travelling with kids, or forget your toiletries (like my husband) it's nice not having to go out and buy a full-sized container for 2 days. Definitely recommend!

New construction clean upscale place next to market and directly across the street from free bus to winter park ski resort. was clean and v-good TV programming and strong wifi check out at 10:00 cleaners were there are 10:00, didnt see an elevator so there are like 20 stairs to bring your bags up place he was very responsive when I needed help with the Latch lock app which works v-well once you get it installed and working

Beautiful home—very thoughtfully appointed. Located in an Avery very convenient part of Winter Park where you feel like you’re in the middle of the mountains but you’re also right near everything you need! Great restaurants nearby. The unit was sunny, cozy and super clean.

Stay was fantastic and the location was great.

These condos (second time we stay in one of them) are simply great: easy access to the bus, restaurants, bars, etc. The only two issues with this specific condo were (1) the gas pipes are in the closet near the bunkbeds and they sound like a terrible marching band - we decided to turn off the water heater overnight and this solved the sleeping issue; and (2) there are no specific towels for the jacuzzi - we just used the extra towels in the condo. Milan was nice and attentive. Note that Milan will ask you for your email to add you to the Latch app which is required to access all places in the building.
