April 2026 4.00Really nice stay with the family. Milan was very responsive and helpful. Very accommodating host. We had a couple concerns and he reassured us and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The kids played pool and foosball downstairs the entire time. With the spiral staircases to both floors, the noise kinda traveled but it wasn't a huge deal. We spent alot of time outside on the beautiful sun porch and deck. And the hot tub was clean and worked great. Big mice comfy couch for everyone to watch a movie or sports. Kitchen was nice. There were a lot of ants coming from the kitchen window that others have mentioned. Probably should be addressed. Kitchen was missing a couple essentials but we made due. The Harry Potter bunk bed is a little wobbly and has no railing at the top so it didn't get used. I'm sure it's safe but our kid wasn't feeling it. No worries though she slept on the couch. The rooms were nice, nice views. Peepers were peeping hard. The fire was nice. Overall lovely stay!

April 2026 4.00There was enough room for 7 women, the house was fairly clean and enough places for us all to hang out and sleep. There are things I wish I had known before we went. About half the windows in the house either wouldn’t crank open or the actual knob to crank it open was missing- causing the house to get stuffy. The hot tub wasn’t very functional, as there was no step to get into it, and no bar to open the top. We struggled to both get the top on/off and ended up not even using it. The platform it was on, also had wood broken on the side, making us uneasy going in. Lastly, on Sunday at about 9pm, 3 men drove down the private driveway in a truck. They all got out of the truck and didn’t say anything to those of us outside. We asked what they were doing and they said trash. We messaged Milan because we were super uneasy having no heads up. Also the only staircase to access both upstairs and downstairs was a spiral staircase! The property was decent overall just things I wish I knew before

April 2026 3.00My sister and I brought our 3 kids on a little get away to the area over April break. The home was easy to find and centrally located just minutes from downtown North Conway. Upon arriving we found the layout a little odd and not ideal for younger kiddos or older folks. Lots of transitions and different height floors. (tripping hazards) The main level is accessed via rock stairs and porch stairs or come in via the ground floor and haul up any items via narrow spiral staircase. We wished we had known what bedrooms were where as the theme Harry Potter room was ground level with very easy access to the outside. The other bedroom at that level was without a window. Main floor only had a set of rickety, twin bunk beds. On the third floor was a queen with a large window without a shade that you could very easily view from the drive way/road outside. The spiral staircase feels dangerous spanning 3 floors with large slat openings. The home is in need of some updates. Beds were comfy.

April 2026 5.00We had a great stay at Milan's home! Milan was very responsive to any questions we had. He was also accommodating! The home was clean, had plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 dogs, and was so close to so many areas. It is a couple of streets off of a busier street, so it was quiet, and we felt safe. When we weren't out and about, there were so many things to do and play with at "home".

March 2026 1.00This was an extremely disappointing stay due to multiple serious issues that were not disclosed. The most alarming discovery was mushrooms (yes, mushrooms! 🤢) growing under the bed in the upstairs bedroom, directly beneath area of water damage (and likely mold behind the wall). We only found this on the last night as it was hidden behind the bed. The guest staying in that room developed sinus congestion and cough which is why we thought to look around. Beyond that, the property showed clear signs of poor maintenance, including chipped and cracked floor tiles, a large hole in the outdoor deck, a dirty hot tub that rarely got up to temp, and an active ant problem inside the home. When we raised these concerns, the response and resolution did not reflect the seriousness of the conditions. For a “luxury” stay at over 500 a night I was very disappointed with Milan’s response. This property felt neglected and not properly maintained, and I would strongly caution others before booking.

February 2026 5.00Stay was great. Super close to Cranmore. Beds were comfy, plenty of room for all of us. Overall very clean. Only complaints are there were a few ants and water damage in the upstairs.
