Milan was extremely helpful with anything and called right away to make sure i found what i needed asap. He was very nice and friendly and was very understanding i would 100% book with Milan again!

Very nice place and very clean, hot tub is a great addition. I’d just be aware that the stairs are a small spiral staircase and with young kids or older people, this can be a challenge. The kitchen stove/oven works but isn’t the best and generally the house could use some updates for the price. But generally good and clean and the hosts were very responsive.

Milan was a fantastic host who responded to messages in a very timely manner. The location was very close and convenient to the many shops and restaurants in North Conway. The house itself was perfect for our group and looks just like the photos posted. Thank you for a wonderful stay and highly recommend to anyone looking to vacation in this area.

Our stay at this home was disappointing. Upon arrival, the home was not clean at all. We contacted the property manager and he advised that they had a new cleaning company. Since we were traveling with our pets and did not want to stay home for someone to clean, we requested a refund of the cleaning fee which they agreed too. So, we cleaned and washed all bedding ourselves. Day 1 of vacation- not on our plan. The home needs maintenance- we did not have use of one of the master bedrooms as a window was inoperable and unable to be closed! It was open upon our arrival. It was 40 degrees or less in evening. One of our 3 couples had to sleep in bunk bed room. The bathtub was missing the drain cap and was chipped and unusable. Again, when I spoke with property manager regarding, he offered a free night at another property in future (didn’t help present situation) or a small concession which we opted for since there was no alternative. The home would be ideal if properly maintained and attention to repairs required were given. Nice location and furnishings as pictured. The property manager did respond each time we had to speak with him but this impeded on our stress free vacation time. Side note- the spiral staircase is not designed for pet or elderly access to upstairs nor downstairs. As a result, pets confined to middle level- main floor of home.

The house has solid bones and a great layout for two families with kids. The location is very central to North Conway, the beds were comfortable, and the home was surface-clean on arrival. That said, the other reviews mentioning it needed TLC were spot on. It really could use a deep clean and some maintenance. Chandeliers had visible cobwebs, interior and exterior windows were dirty with webs outside, and weeds walking up were overgrown. The kitchen tiles are cracked- some taped down with packaging tape- and felt unsafe to walk on. We reported it to the host, who said they would check it out after our stay. One of the draws to the house was for the hot tub and the outdoor space. Unfortunately the hot tub was so cloudy that we weren’t comfortable using it, even after the host reassured us it had just been cleaned. The deck also only had two old chairs and some folding metal ones, which made it less inviting. Could be a great place with some fixes!

The house was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It does need a little TLC as others have said but it was still very nice. So peaceful and stunning surroundings.

Milan’s place was perfect for our group of 10 people! The house does need some TLC, but it was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and hanging out on the back porch while the weather is getting cooler. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants within 10 mins of the house which was so convenient! We stayed at this house with 6 Adults and three children. It was clean, private and had enough room for us all! The kids loved the hot tub and the pool table. Some things needed repair or a little TLC, and the kitchen could use some bigger pots/pans for having a larger group!! Honestly a perfect place with kids ages 10-13. Close to town yet far enough away to have quiet and peaceful moments outside and a big yard for the kids and dogs!!

We went with a multigenerational group of 10. Age ranging from 8-69. We had a few hiccups and also some real positives to share.Pros: house was accommodating for all guests based on size-bedding, pillows and beds were nice. Not cheap feeling or uncomfortable.-decorating and styling was clean and modern but not pretentious and felt cozy. -Milan was available to hear all concerns & questions via text-location is great with a “back way” to the the busy end of the N. Conway and an alternate route into Conway for easier access to the outlet end. Not far from Franconia or back over the Kang. To Lincoln.Cons: the house was in need of some big fixes. Needs more eyes on it regularly. **I am hopeful and confident the host will address these issues following our stay. -broken floor tile with sharp edges-deteriorating deck needing some TLC-radiators missing end caps exposing sharp edges - biggest hiccup was the lack of top rails on either bunk bed making them unusable until we made a temporary repair. -cleaning crew seemed to miss some things before our stay (beds & trash).*** I recommend a stay here however I would plainly ask if these issues have been addressed before booking.The safety aspects were a lot to work around (and frankly just a hassle) with kids in the house and not what you want to deal with in a pricey rental.Two of the rooms have no or one window and needs more air exchange in the basement rooms.Milan was responsive and I am confident they will improve.

Overall it was a good stay, we had to book last minute because our original place fell through, so for that alone I was grateful. North Conway is a beautiful town with lots to do. Milan was very responsive, which I appreciated. My only complaints were that there was trash left behind, which was resolved when I informed Milan. Also there were flies constantly in the house, we were mindful about closing the doors and windows and even had a bug zapper with us, but no matter how many we killed, there always seemed to be more. Like I said, it was a last minute booking, we were able to bring our dogs and have a good time, so I chalk it up as a win.

We loved our week-long stay in North Conway. The house is located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive from downtown North Conway. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and overall it was a great location for our large group. One thing to note, the interior stairs, both up and down, are steep spiral staircases. We had a toddler and an infant in our group. If you have young kids who like to wander, you'll need to keep an eye on them. We were able to make it work with our kids, but for others, it may not be the safest option.

My family including the dogs had a wonderful time. Milan was an excellent communicator!

Milan’s home in north Conway was fantastic! Would definitely recommend for larger groups. 10 of us and two dogs stayed for a long weekend and with so many bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms it worked out great. Super close to the Main Street where everything is but still far away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet.

We had a great time. The house fit our group comfortably and was close so many amazing things. The house definitely needs some TLC and higher quality furniture and appliances. Many things were broken or close to being broken.

À part le lave-vaisselle qui ne lavait pas bien la vaisselle, les grosses fourmis dans la cuisine et les pattes des chaises de la salle à manger qui n'étaient pas bien vissées et que mon conjoint à fixé comme il faut, je recommande l'endroit. Avec les feuilles tombées au sol, il était hasardeux de se promener sur le terrain car des matériaux et des objets étaient dissimulés sous les feuilles. Pour le type de voyage que nous avons fait, c'était très bien pour nous et nous étions bien dans la maison.

Great area/location. House needs a little TLC but seems like they are working on it. We had an issue with the Hot Tub and Milan was great and had someone out to fix it within 2 hours! Was able to check in early.

Nice tucked away cabin with very cool rooms. Harry Potter room was a big hit with our group. Easy access hot tub was also lovely. We had young children with us so it was hard to navigate the spiral staircase but thats on us for not planning well enough. Rooms were nice and spacious! Wanted to use the fireplace but unfortunately it was not functional during our stay. Overall a great stay with family and the coffee machine was a big hit. Just beware, in the winter time, the driveway is a steep hill and you definitely need 4 wheel drive to get up if it snows during your stay. Host was very accommodating and sent people to sand and clear the snow as quickly as possible.

Went up to Conway for a girls trip. Overall the stay was great. Plenty of common area space to hang out. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and some of the games they had. Some general maintenance was needed. Some of the hooks were loose coming off the walls (upstairs bathroom), door handles need to be fixed on the porch. We used the kitchen to cook dinners and had the basics. I recommend the host to update their pans. We got snow one night during our stay and someone came to plow the driveway and shovel the deck at 5am that morning. It was startling to wake up to but nice that we didn’t have to shovel ourselves out. I would come stay again & recommend to friends

The house itself was nice. Has plenty of space. Plenty of bedrooms for multiple guests. Game room was awesome. There are few pots and pans. What’s there for frying pans were non stick and damaged. The few plastic utensils were heavily used and melted. There’s a wood stove but no wood provided. The house the first night stayed at 62 with the heat up to 72 so we had to go out and buy wood to warm the house up as we had a baby with us. We felt as the house needed some much needed updates especially the basement door which only locked with a small latch at the top of the door in the wood. Not very secure. The Harry Potter room was cool but the closet wasn’t locked and had chemicals and paints in it which wouldn’t be good for kids to get into. The worst part is the hot tub was dirty and unusable. The maintenance guys came but seemed to only put chemicals in and turn it on. It was still not clean. The house has some potential with some updates. Everything was expressed to the owner.

I booked the location for a work retreat. We had a great time and would definitely book again.

Beautiful house in the heart of North Conway! Privacy but close to all fun attractions. Spacious but cozy vibes. The hot tub was a hit, especially after a day of skiing! Only thing I would say Is make sure you have a car that can get up hill in snow. Such a great time! Would love to come back!

Milan’s place is a great value! How wonderful to find a place where a family of 10 can gather WITH pets! Room to spread out for movies, a game of pool or hot tubbing. It’s a space for lots of people…and lots of people mean lots of wear and tear. Even with that reality, Milan’s home reflects thoughtful care and consideration for groups who want comfortable together time. SO convenient to many White Mountain area attractions. We would definitely return and we thank you for a perfect space to make happy memories!!

Beautiful home with beautiful surroundings. Our group of 8 loved that we were all able to sit at both the dining room table and the couch together comfortably. We loved the sun room and large porch. They were perfect spots to watch the leaves fall. Everything was clean, the decor was modern yet cozy. We would highly recommend this home!!

Lovely house in a lovely setting! Close to shops and restaurants and even a covered bridge and great farmer's market. Bonus it is located in a private setting in a pretty and walkable neighborhood. You can hear the cars from the nearby main road when you are outside on the porch, an dit is quite busy but otherwise a peaceful setting. The spiral stairs are the only indoor stairs so those with dogs, small children, and/or mobility issues take note. Milan was a great host!

This place was great! It was cozy but spacious, had a great yard and a great vibe. It was tucked away and relaxing but a close drive to the shops and restaurants downtown. Everything was within ten minutes. It was a great weekend away. The place was clean, safe, and a great place to unwind.

We had to call Milan about something and he answered immediately and was very helpful. He was very responsive and friendly. The stay was wonderful and we had a great time both at the home and in the area! Everything to do is very close by!

Beautiful stay! The host was very responsive. We had a problem with the grill and he instantly got back to us, placed an order for a new one at Walmart down the street and got a new one within two hours. The place was very clean and private. The basement did smell wet and could use a dehumidifier but overall would stay again. Maybe in the winter :) Perfect location and ten minutes away from the center, which was also amazing!

had to find a last minute airbnb after my original host cancelled our stay and landed on Milan’s house in north conway. it exceeded expectations. the house was comfortable and well stocked, minutes away from beautiful echo lake, close to town, and with great access to the white mountains! we loved having enough space for my 10 person party to sleep comfortably, watch tv on the big couch, cook, and play pool

Great spot. Had all the needed equipment and amenities. The only caution is that it’s a spiral staircase both up and down so our dog was unable to get to the upstairs bedroom. Might be problematic for small kids too. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Easy drive to attitash, wildcat, or cranmore mountain. Also very short drive to downtown North Conway and all it has to offer. Would definitely stay here again

The home was absolutely perfect. Had everything you needed for a family vacation. Loved the small details like the candles left in the kitchen, family room and bathroom. Hot tub was great after a day of tubing, hiking and skiing. Plenty of space for two families to enjoy. Lots to do for the kids on a rainy day! We had a great stay for Christmas. We were happy to find a welcoming home already decorated nicely for the holiday. No complaints from us. Spiral staircase can be challenging for dogs and older folks but I think that was appropriately noted in the listing.

Everything was perfect. We stayed for 2 days with family and friends and the space was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

We booked this house for an extended girl's weekend. Pros: Great location, close to downtown Conway, good neighborhood, House was big enough for us, nice kitchen and good-sized rooms. Game room a great option. Cons: The spiral staircase goes all the way up and down to bedrooms. One twin bunk on main floor. Wasn't a problem for us but if you had older people or young kids, this def needs to be put in the description. I'm not sure who cleans for the owners, but they do not do a good job. Stove wasn't cleaned at all; counters weren't completely wiped down and when we checked out and stripped the beds there was a used sock within the bedding. I'd be getting new cleaners especially if charging and paying a cleaning fee.

For the purpose of our stay it was what we expected and needed. Some are more picky than others and I happen to notice a lot of fit and finish issues that could be addressed but definitely was not a deal breaker. I think with some of those items and details addressed the price would be accurate.

Milan place is the perfect spot for family’s doing both the shops and state parks around the area as well as story land! It’s large living space and adequate bedrooms and beds make for the perfect large family or families and grandparents to spend a weekend or longer. Pet friendly so dogs don’t have to stay behind. Overall I would give this a 10/10 would defiantly stay with Milan again

Great place to stay! Close to many outdoor activities for the entire family! After a busy day of hiking, amusement parks or a day at the lake it’s the perfect place to unwind! Kids loved playing pool and fuse ball!

We were a group of 7+1dog, stayed there in Aug. Location great: close to town and trails. The space also great: well stocked, spacious, bright, new bbq and spare gas, board games, good pots & pans, comfy beds, soft towels. The game room was very much appreciated. A few details made it less than perfect: a few rotten spots on wooden deck, no outdoor table&chairs for eating, warped screen door that doesn't shut tight, heavy fragranced cleaning products, big window in main bedroom lacking curtain, 1 shower out of order, 1 shower handle broken, faulty dishwasher, broken handle on downstairs exterior door. A/C in every room, but only one was hooked up and ready-to-use, high humidity esp in basement level. Smart TV but you need your own log-ins for Netflix etc. A few quick fixes would make it top-notch. We did see a young bear from the safety of the raised deck, which was a highlight for us.

Great place to stay! There were 8 of us and one dog and we had plenty of space. Milan was an amazing host. Any questions we had he was very prompt to answer. His home was a perfectly nice little family get-together with plenty to do. I recommend booking, as I am looking forward to rebooking.

Milan’s home was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends and our dogs. The location was great, felt private, but was an easy drive to the restaurants and shops in North Conway. The home itself was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked! Loved the layout with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. The game room was super fun!! Milan was a wonderful host -very responsive and check in and out were super easy! Would definitely come back in the future!

Milan's home was perfect for our mini New Hampshire getaway. We went with 3 adult couples, one toddler, and our two dogs. We appreciated that Milan was an animal lover and welcomes our pups no questions asked. We all fit perfectly. The spiral staircase was beautiful but a little hard carrying a toddler up & down to get to the shower. Their was an outage in the area for the wifi connection and Milan was sure to inform us with any & all information regarding the status, which we really appreciated. We loved being 10 mins away from the North Conway shops and cafes. My 2 year old keeps asking to go back to the "New Hampshire" house. We would definitely come back in the future to enjoy the snow activities. Thank you Milan for opening up your home to us.

My family had a lovely stay for Thanksgiving. The house provided great space for coming together, playing games (love the pool room), as well as space for privacy. We brought our pups, which lended to the special weekend. The location was private yet accessible to many local stores and attractions. Milan was extremely responsive and accommodating to my questions/requests.
