Beautiful kitchen and living area- bright, spacious, and great for a larger group (including kids)! The place was incredibly clean and walking distance to a running/walking path and restaurants. Very responsive and helpful hosts.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. This airbnb is full of thoughtful touches which made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for traveling into Boston Center for the day as its right next to the train station or taking a leisurely drive out towards west mass to see what there is to do! I missed new england. I'd book this home again if I have the chance to come back. Thank you!

Milan was extremely prompt in responding to my inquiries and follow up questions. Even during the stay when I had a question, he was very timely and addressed my questions.

This is a great, modern and spacious place. Perfect for exploring Boston and it’s surroundings. Please note that there is a train track close by, but the trains are not very frequent and they are at low speed. We actually found the sound urban and homey instead of annoying. Although we didn’t bring the dog, the ready to use water and food trays were a loving touch.

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and this was the perfect place! There was plenty of space for other family members and everything was so clean! We had a rental car so the garage was a great perk. We felt right at home!

We had a lovely stay at the property. They had one of the better (if not best) stocked kitchens out of any rental property we've ever stayed in, and that goes a long way! There were some hiccups that were easily and, practically, immediately resolved. The home was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We would stay again. Minor thing to note: the commuter rail does pass behind the property so you hear it as it does but it's not super common and does not happen overnight.

Very nice place and well appointed. Very nice town with a lot of nice things to do nearby. Having the dogs there was really nice and the yard and patio was great. Milan was very easy to work with.

We had a pleasant stay at Milan’s place. The property was very clean and roomy for 5 of us plus our small dog. We slept comfortably except the train was noisier than expected. The kitchen and the garage were great. The neighborhood was not very scenic but it was convenient for us. We’d stay there again.

The home was spacious, comfortable, pristine, and serene. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location near the Waltham Common was very convenient--just a few minutes walk away. We appreciated the prompt and clear communications. Highly recommend!

The Waltham house was great! It was our home base for the week, we did trips into Boston and the north shore. It was a nice, clean, comfortable house to come back to every day!

The place was in a great location and was comfortable for our family with two young boys. Milan was very responsive and was proactive in his communication. We could walk to restaurants and easily drive to run errands near by.

Our group enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of space to spread out and we really appreciated the kitchen - it was an excellent size and really well appointed for cooking large meals for the entire group. We were also happy to see the high chair and baby gate, it made the stay much smoother for those of us with young children. The location is excellent as well, we liked the proximity to the train station and there are some lovely bakeries and coffee shops and a park within walking distance. Some things we feel are worth pointing out, but by no means were deal breakers: there’s some wear and tear that is relatively typical of these large, multi-family stays. Dining room chairs were worn and some were broken. The fixtures could use some attention (door locks and bathroom towel bars) and overall the place could use a solid once over from the host. The train noises were expected but ran quite early and late on weekdays, something to keep in mind. Overall would book again!

My family had a great time at Milan’s place!

This place was perfect and gorgeous for our family visiting for my brother’s wedding. Well stocked place and a great location. Milan went above and beyond to be helpful with a special request - very responsive.

We stayed with extended family for a college graduation. It worked out beautifully as the home was modern, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Milan was an excellent host. We would definitely stay there again.

We had 4 adults plus a baby and a toddler, so we needed enough space, and this house had an ample amount. The house was very clean, well-equipped and spacious. The layout wasn't ideal especially with a 5-month-old non-walking baby, given the 3 flights of stairs, and the location was meh--Waltham has a university and there must be some central shopping/dining area, but we saw none of it. But the price was reasonable and again, very clean and spacious, so overall it worked out fine for us.

This townhouse was spotless and well organized. Didn't really sleep 10 unless two of them are children. Fully stocked kitchen was a plus. It is a 4-floor townhouse, so be prepared for stairs. Nice to have enclosed parking provided.

Clean, well appointed and spacious. Close to downtown Waltham. Lots of stairs, may not work for anyone with mobility issues. Bathrooms have been recently renovated. You can hear the train from the house, the tracks run very close by. Kitchen has everything you need and the washer dryer is very handy upstairs. Would definitely rent again.

This condo is beautiful and comfortable - very well appointed - with a very nice host. I had some unusual circumstances for my stay, and Milan was extremely courteous, responsive and friendly. The furnishings were beautiful and there was plenty of space in the condo. I noticed the thoughtful touches like the high chair, children's plates, dog bed and bowl, etc. It seems like every detail has really been well thought out.

Perfect for holidays with the family! We set up a tree and hosted our family by cooking Christmas dinner in the well appointed kitchen. We also took advantage of the location by taking the commuter rail to Boston —ice skating at the frog pond, the MFA, and the freedom trail. Very comfortable stay.The bottom room with bunk beds is too far from the rest of the bedrooms for small children so we took the mattresses upstairs :)

Milan was very accommodating and was very easy to work with. He was very responsive to questions and extremely helpful. The condo was very comfortable, clean and worked out perfectly. The location was an easy walk to everything on Moody Street.

We stayed here for 21 nights, so we definitely spent a fair share of time here. Overall, I would return. However, there are things to know. 1) It is a city. There are neighbors surrounding you every way you look. 2) There is Z E R O soundproofing upstairs (bedroom level) whatsoever. You can hear every word of a conversation being had downstairs or outside. The train passing IMMEDIATELY by is EXTREMELY LOUD. We have small children, so this was an adjustment. 3) There are no window treatments in main living level which is very unusual. No privacy. Also, no TV. 4) There were some issues such as a broken bed frame, the dining room chairs are horrible, dirty rug, terrible silverware, etc. 5) All that said, Milan does make up for it by being a very responsible & proactive host. He worked with us on most concerns & I am appreciative for that.

We stayed over Head of the Charles weekend with crewmates. Easily accessible and convenient location to access the event location. The host was responsive to my questions. Note - it is near a train track - and notable for guests particularly sensitive to noise. You can check the schedule out of Waltham to know the exact timing. Lovely property and location!

Milan’s place is exactly as advertised and was super clean! Family members stayed here as it was conveniently located near my daughter’s wedding venue. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was ample closet space to hang our formal attire. Milan was flexible about us getting in a bit earlier to hang up our dresses. The only small negative was the parking - my huge car just fit into the garage and the remainder of the family utilized on-street parking, but there was plenty of street parking with no issues.

My husband and I, along with five friends, recently stayed at this wonderful VRBO property, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely ideal—conveniently situated within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and a beautiful walking trail. We also appreciated how close it was to downtown, making it easy for us to explore the area. The property itself was perfect for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made preparing meals together a real pleasure. We enjoyed cooking and hanging out in the spacious, open living area, which was perfect for socializing and playing games. The comfortable layout and ample space made it easy for everyone to relax and have fun. The host was extremely responsive to my questions, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free. This added a nice level of comfort, knowing we could get quick answers if needed. One thing to note - it is near a train track. We heard the train occasionally, but it did not diminish our ability to enjoy the space. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with our stay and would definitely choose this property again for future trips. It offered everything we needed for a memorable and enjoyable getaway. Milan's place was great well equipped and clean. we really enjoyed all the space we had as well as having a water and dryer and a private 2 car garage. the location is great and very close to the local colleges. we were moving in our daughter to school and the location was a little over a mile from campus. would definitely reccomend and will stay again in the future.

We stayed in this lovely home for our jack and jill bachelor/bachelorette with our friends. Milan was a great host during our stay. It was the perfect home base for us after going out in Boston. Truthfully we didn’t stay in the house very much, however would have been nice to have a TV on the main level. Our check in and check out times had to be modified for cleaning but we weren’t made aware until the week of, so had to change our arrival plans which wasn’t a big deal and Milan graciously agreed to reimburse us for the hours we had already paid for but wouldn’t have access to the house. Had to get creative with parking as there were only 2 spots, our friend was able to park in the town lot for a small fee (note: you do have to move your car every 24hrs) All and all, it was really fun weekend and would definitely stay here again!

This house was great to come back to after going to Boston and walking around all day seeing the sights. It was nice to come back and relax. This house is within walking distance to the train station.

It was a very good experience, we were 2 families with little kids and we all were very comfortable. Milan’s place is exactly as described. It has plenty of dishes, cups, pots, towels. The train station is super close and it can get very loud at nighttime. There was some sort of miscommunication with the check out instructions, we followed the instructions noted on the book guide he has in the living room and turned out those instructions are not up to date. Overall it was a nice stay.

We highly recommend a stay at Milan’s beautiful home in Waltham. Milan is such a gracious host, consistently responding to any questions or concerns almost immediately and doing everything in his power to make our stay as special and enjoyable as possible. The house itself was clean and spacious, with ample room for our entire family. The highlight was the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room. It was bright and airy, with a treehouse feeling due to its location on the second floor. Checking in and out was a breeze. Parking was also easy thanks to the large private attached garage. It was nice to have the small grassy area available to us as we brought our small dog. The location was convenient, a short drive to Hannaford Supermarket and the restaurants on Moody Street. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Milan’s home.

Milan hosted my friends and me, and we all absolutely loved the home. It truly felt like a home, meticulously maintained with every detail well thought out. The rooms are generously sized, and the kitchen is very functional. One minor issue we encountered was that the dishwasher occasionally tripped the power switch, but Milan assured us he would get it fixed. Additionally, the washer seemed to have some drainage problems. Milan was very responsive and addressed our concerns within minutes. The home features a spacious garage that can accommodate at least two cars. It is located on a quiet side street next to a railway track, but the train noise is minimal as not many trains pass by. We especially enjoyed the basement, which had a foosball table and several group games. There is also a well-lit sitting area in the back, perfect for evening chats. Additionally, there is an entertainment room that provided great relaxation and enjoyment for all of us. Overall, we loved our stay !!!

Everything was great with the facilities! Clean, orderly, secure, and a great communicative host. One thing to note - there is a train that runs closely behind the property that is slightly louder than we were expecting. Otherwise, overall great stay and would recommend to a friend visiting the arerea!

We (3 adult couples) stayed at Milan's home while in town for a family wedding. The space worked perfectly for us. Plenty of room and all bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. The home was spotless. The location is on a quiet side street within walking distance to Moody Street and all of it's restaurants. The train does go right by the property and you do hear it but it does not pass by frequently and was not a problem for us at all. Milan was very responsive and friendly with all communication. We highly recommend this property.

This well-appointed townhouse was an OK match for our needs for family attending a graduation in Boston. The rooms looked just like the photos and it was a welcoming home. We were very comfortable here and were pleased with the spaces and the communicative owners. Several details that weren’t apparent in the listing were the layout of the house, the location next to train tracks, and the exact sizes of the beds. First, renters should been aware that this is a 4-story townhouse, with 2 sets of stairs required to access the main floor and the bedrooms. Second, there are train tracks directly behind this house and trains run from early morning until evening. The train passing noise is brief but loud, and could be bothersome if someone was sensitive to such interruptions. Third, Two of the bedrooms have very low platform beds which were comfortable but not ideal for elderly family members. The bunk beds in the basement, which are counted in the “sleeps 10” total, are made for children.

Better than the pictures! The train tacks do run behind the house, but they location is also convenient so just keep that in mind. We drove into Boston easily and also enjoyed downtown Waltham. The place is very nicely appointed with thoughtful details. We were very impressed with every room. Highly recommended!

The space was perfect for our family staying in Waltham for our son’s wedding at the Charles River Museum. Easily walkable to restaurants on Moody Street and cafes around the commons. There is not really a central TV but it was ok for us as we were there for a purpose, not just vacation. The trains going by did bother us at all. Nice to have parking in Boston!!

We come into Waltham pretty regularly and have likely tried all the AirBNB homes in the city. I've seen Milan's place listed before and decided to upgrade for this weekend's family trip. The pictures do a good job of representing the home: the pics look good and the actual home looks equally good. It's larger and more comfortable than any other AirBNB I've stayed in in the area, commensurate with the price. As others mentioned, the train is quite loud, but I didn't hear anything at night when we slept. It's a trivially easy walk to Cafe on the Common if you want a nice coffee in the morning, and also a short walk to Moody St restaurants. We only had three people, with our oldest daughter hanging out with us one evening, and there was plenty of space for that. I think this home's value is clear: if you can afford the rate, you will stay at the nicest place in Waltham. I am certain we will stay there again!

Very easy check in process. location as amazing. only downfal is the train tracks right bside the unit made it a bit difficult for our newborn as you can hear the train in odd hours throughout the day. the space was clean and secluded. no issues at all otherwise

Milan's condo ended up being a really comfortable stay for my extended family. There was more than enough space and amenities for everyone. The layout of the main living area was open and modern - perfect for playing games or hanging out. The kitchen was well-stocked with enough dishes, cups, pots, pans, and utensils for all kinds of cooking. There was even a really nice offer of Indian spices in the fridge for guests to use - we took advantage and made a tasty Indian meal. Our daughter loved eating her meals out on the little balcony. The bedrooms upstairs were clean and spacious. It was easy to do laundry, and the bathrooms were well stocked with shampoos, etc. The location was very convenient to Moody St. for walking to restaurants, shops, and groceries. Some of us enjoyed walking along the Charles or to a local playground. Overall a great place for a family vacation in Waltham. Would stay there again.

Milan's condo was fabulous and exactly what we needed. It looked exactly like the pictures. It was a short walk to the commuter rail into Boston. It was very quiet and lots of wonderful features of the condo. Super clean! Lovely backyard. So many fabulous aspects. And there were wonderful fresh spices in the fridge to cook with which we love because we love to cook. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Milan’s place! We stayed at another Airbnb before this one (in NH) and Milan’s home was FAR better. I’m kind of a neat freak, and this home is so clean! I love it! Plus the kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook, along with spices to use. I hate going to an Airbnb that has nothing, so this was really nice. My daughter loved the projector screen TV, and the basement bunk bed with all the games. The location was great, it was only a 10 min walk to Moody street, we went to Gustazo Cuban Kitchen and the tapas were excellent. There’s bars, other restaurants, kayaking, and a short drive back to the airport…only took about 25 mins. The train is definitely loud, that’s probably the only downside, but expected at the same time so it was fine. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if in town.

Milan’s place was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and had all amenities. The mattress is comfortable and firm and the size of the place was perfect for my family of 6 adults. The train was loud but very quick and you get used to it. The garage was amazing for our two cars since we worried about parking. We were able to drive 5 min to a street with a bunch of restaurants and stores. Overall, one of the best stays I’ve had!

Milan’s place is one of the best that we have stayed. It’s very clean and spacious. Communication with Milan has been timely and easy. There’s commute train tracker close to the backyard. We were slightly concerned as one of our family members is a light sleeper. But it turned out to be ok. Train wasn’t very noisy. Overall it’s a lovely townhome and we appreciate Milan shared with us. We all enjoyed it!

I had a great stay at Milan's home with fellow graduate students attending a conference in Boston. We were motivated to check Airbnb to avoid high hotel rates in Boston but we ended up having a much better experience at Milan's place than any hotel. Driving to the South End area took about 30 minutes and transit (commuter rail from nearby Waltham Station connecting to the metro at north station) was closer to one hour. Everyone in my group felt very comfortable and raved about staying at this place. Everything we needed was in the home and Milan was very responsive when I asked any questions. I would highly recommend this place for any group staying in the Boston area.

The house was fantastic for our group of 7. I loved the room molding - it seemed to fit the historic New England vibe. Everything worked and the instructions were clear. I like the Shutterfly book that explains the accommodation, places to see and local restaurants, and how to close the house when leaving.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our daughter's college graduation. We had plenty of room for the whole family and were able to host the grandparents for graduation lunch. The house was both beautiful and comfortable.

Our stay at Milan’s house was fabulous! The house was as it was described and then some. First impression was how clean it was. I am a freak about cleanliness and this by far was the cleanest Airbnb I have stayed in!! Kudos to the cleaning team! The home itself was modern, chic, clean design and decoration. I wish we had more time to spend in the kitchen but when we were there we certainly enjoyed it to the fullest. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Their home was perfectly located for our trip to celebrate our daughter’s doctoral graduation from Regis College in Weston with the graduation ceremony being held in Boston. The drive to Boston was short and traffic was not bad at all. The outside living area was perfect for our 2 little Yorki-chon grand pups. Our 2 year old grandson loved the stairs and kept us all busy going up and down counting them. Thank you Milan for providing us with a comfortable home away from home. Beautiful home. Very welcoming, clean, & bright. We enjoyed our stay here very much. We enjoyed sitting outside in the little private yard on nice days. The area has some great restaurants, many are walkable. It was so nice to have a garage so we didn't have to worry about parking. We were free to come and go knowing we had a place to park when we got back. We drove into Boston as well as took the T. Both options are very easy! Milan was a great host. We will be back, and highly recommend this beautiful home.

We loved our stay at Milan’s place, the home is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, lots of India spices to try, even a rice cooker! There are enough blankets and beddings. The house filled with positive vibes and beautifully decorated. It’s also spotless clean. We had everything we need for our stay while visiting family members in nearby towns. We also took the train to visit North end, it’s very convenient. We also drove to nearby subway station (Alewife) and took the subway that takes us directly to the Boston Commons. The Garage parking is great, Milan also let us charge our EV in the garage which was super convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet except the train that goes by closely, but we got used to it after first day. The house is close to the town center and moody street where restaurants are. We didn’t get to walk around the neighborhood much due to the cold and windy weather in April. The small yard next to the townhouse was also convenient for our dogs

Beautiful place! Kitchen was well stocked and we loved the open floor plan on that level! Spent time at Milan's place with our two kids that are in college (Montreal and Boston) and had a wonderful, comfortable time hanging out, cooking, and being together. The railroad noise was a little more than i had expected, but tolerable.

This was a lovely Airbnb that was accurately described. We noticed some very stained mattress pads in all of the rooms and soiled sheets in one of the rooms that appears to not have been cleaned/changed prior to our arrival. Milan was incredibly responsive and understanding. He sent a cleaner out to the house to replace all of the mattress pads and sheets and refunded our cleaning fee. Outside of that, this was a beautiful home that was very spacious and conveniently located.

Very nice house, the room was warm and clean when I arrived. I think this is the best Airbnb house I have ever stayed in. Milan is very pet friendly and professional. I will consider this house when I come back to Boston!

We had a wonderful time at Milan's place -- so lovely, spacious, and conducive to socializing! We were a group of old friends just hanging out, ordering in, and doing some arts stuff, and this was the perfect meeting place -- relaxed, homey, yet so elegant and stylish! Every detail has been thought through. I especially like the motto "Eat well; travel often" -- I couldn't agree more! Also loved the adorable photos of the couple!

The house is exactly like the pictures. The projector was great for College Football and NFL games we watched in the evenings. Location is as described and allowed for short day trips to surrounding states and quick Uber rides into downtown. We really enjoyed it for our party of six. It was prefect for busy days and then unwinding and hanging out in the evenings. We would not have had the same experience if we had stayed in hotels.

Great location. Well kept and better than expected communication and customer service. My son forgot clothing after we left at the rental and the owners shipped it to me no problem. Highly recommend staying here!!

This home is beautiful. Its comfortable ,inviting and above and beyond what you would expect. We already hope to return. Boston is a beautiful city this was our first visit from the UK. The accommodation is on the outskirts but transport links are very good.The train, bus and taxi rank are less than 5 mins walk from the accommodation.There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and Josephs Two really is the best breakfast in town. Just a wonderful home thank you so much for those little extras that made our stay extra special. Mike ,Tracy,Angie and Martin.
