Onset Beach: 5 miles (~13 mins drive)
Shell Point Beach: 5.8 miles (~14 mins drive)

Guests have access to the entire home, front and back yards, and full driveway. Self-check-in with smart lock for your convenience.

Pet friendly: We are a pet friendly home, so feel free to bring over your furry friends during your stay.
- Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees.
- Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood.

- No pets on furniture (sofas, beds, etc).
- ⁠Clean up after them inside and outside
- Prevent excessive barking or noise.

My stay in Milan’s Place was incredible! This was honestly the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to. The place was super clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. The host was very friendly and helpful, and I felt at home the entire time. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

We had such a wonderful time here! The house is tastefully decorated and set in a peaceful forest right by the water, which made it the perfect escape. We loved spending crisp autumn evenings outdoors—the setup with the grill and seating made it feel so cozy and special. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and it truly felt like a perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

The host was very responsive and helpful, and we really appreciated that he allowed us to drop off our food early so it wouldn’t spoil. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a major storm that caused a power and water outage throughout the house, including the bathrooms. With no running water, we were unable to flush the toilets or use the bathrooms properly. This was especially challenging given that there were about 15 people in the house. It created an extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary situation — we had to use toilets on top of unflushed waste, and using the bathroom for anything more was simply not possible. While we understand that storms are out of anyone’s control, the lack of any backup solution or support during the outage made things very difficult.
