Milan was very helpful before we arrived. The house was perfectly located for our trip to Salem. Commuter train was also 10 minutes from the house and close to airport and downtown Boston. Would definitely book with Milan again

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for everyone. It's close to several points of interest and a short walk down to a private beach. The beds were comfortable and the steam-shower was amazing after a cool dip in the pool! So many activites and things to do for the kids! We would love to stay again!

This is a great property! Our daughter just moved to the area and we had to deliver her stuff to her so it was not a leisurely stay. The host was very responsive with all communications. We did notice a couple of things that needed repair and I’m sure those will be taken care of promptly. The basement does not have air conditioning which turned out fine. It was a little warmer than the guest that was sleeping in that area preferred, but there was a de-humidifier and we got a small fan for the bedroom in the basement to help; would recommend having a fan installed or one available. The young adults enjoyed the pool table a lot and there was also ping-pong! Only 2 of our party used the pool twice but they did enjoy it and said the water temp was very nice! We have a pool at our home so that was not an important amenity for us. We stayed busy our whole trip and never used the outside “fireplace” which I’m sure would be very nice on a cool fall night! The kitchen is very nice and large! Would have loved to have been able to cook more in it but we just didn’t have the time. Beds were comfortable! Oh I was going to report this and forgot, but we noticed where the AC/heating filter is needs to be dusted/cleaned. It about a block away from the beach which was amazing but again we only had a couple of hours to enjoy that. We would definitely stay at this property again if it’s available when we return to visit our daughter and maybe we can enjoy all of its perks more!

Great location and clean home.

Great location, place was clean. We had one small issue with the garbage disposal but the host was prompt and it was fixed the same day.

We stayed in Milan's home for my sister's bachelorette weekend and couldn't have asked for a better place. We loved the pool, the walkable beach access, comfortable beds and large kitchen, living and dining rooms with plenty of space to fit all seven of us. We appreciated all that Milan did to ensure our stay in his home was comfortable.

This property is as enchanting as it looks in the pictures. The pool was wonderful; but the kitchen is the star of the home!

Beautiful home by the beach with a pool that was perfect for beating the heat wave! The AC did stop working while we were there but Milan was very responsive and set up for someone to come out right away. Traffic too and from Boston was not ideal but there was everything we needed at the house.

The home is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, with a great location close to the beach and just a short drive to Boston, Salem, and Rockport. However, there are a few areas that could use some attention. - The flooring in the kitchen near the dishwasher could use an update. The downstairs living area does not have AC (no window units or vents), which made it uncomfortably hot for our guests during our stay. - Two days into our visit, the host arranged for landscapers to clean up the front and backyard. We received very last-minute notice (a message at 7:03 AM that they would arrive at 7 AM), which impacted our pool day and my birthday morning, as they stayed until 10 AM. This work should have been completed before our stay, especially since the yard had noticeable weeds everywhere. - There were quite a few ants in the kitchen and the main bedroom, which seems to be an ongoing issue mentioned in other reviews as well.

This home is nestled right along the beach and was absolutely perfect for our little getaway. So spacious, with everything you need! Milan was an incredible host, and we had the best time! Would hands down stay again and recommend this home to all future visitors! The city was just around the corner, but the beach was absolutely stunning. Clean, decorated, and large enough to not feel right on top of each other!

Milan, Many thanks for the baby dining seat. Tried sleeping in smaller upstairs bedroom but the intense smell of the laundry detergent in the bedding gagged me, left me nauseous and resulted in my sleeping downstairs which was fine. Dryer initially with 1 inch thick lint in the lint screen which could result in a house fire. Kitchen baby-proofed by my daughter and reinstated by me as they left before me. Things got put away but was not too sure about the location. MTBA blue line from Wonderland was extremely helpful and convenient. Your other suggestion had no available parking. Milan’s place was exactly like in the photos. The place was clean, spacious and beautiful. There is a table tennis table which we enjoyed playing so much. My nephews loved it! The communication was clear and easy for the check in and check out. Also, responsive. We were there a few days earlier before the swimming pool open ,so I asked them if we could use it. They even cleaned and let us use it. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much for the nice stay. We’ll be back when we go to Boston.

Accurate description, easy checkin. Pool was nice and kids really enjoyed. Overall plenty of space and nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Some requests agreed upon at time of booking, like pool temp at 85 and turing it on early if the weather wasn't snowing, we're not remembered. Pool water was at 72 when we arrived and the temperature outside was 77. There's a significant amount of broken glass all around and in the pool. 2-3 people cut their feet on glass and we spent an hour or more picking up over 50 pieces of broken glass. I would not use again without watershoes, or until the host has it professionally cleaned and validated no glass in or around the pool.

The property is located just a short walk to the beach. The backyard wasn’t very well maintained but it’s early spring, I’m sure it will look nicer when it’s cleaned up. Inside was very clean and you can tell the owners take pride in their house. Couldn’t use the TV in the living room which kind of tarnished our plan (appears someone stole the component from the back of the TV previously). Milan tried to fix it but the solution didn’t have a long enough power cord so we had to go without. For the price I kind of expected the basics like a working TV.

Great place near many interesting localities. Clean, spacious, with every amenity, whether you stay in the house or visit around the Boston area. Close to the airport. 5 STARS!!!

I stayed at the Revere property last week and although the property is advertised with a handful of positives such as, close airport proximity, private beach and varies amenities, there was an extensive list of unfortunate shortcoming related to this property and our stay. Firstly, upon arrival the door code was incorrect and requires me to stand outside in wait for the hosts response and resetting of door code. There were unclean sheets upon arrival, bedroom lights/celling fans that didn’t work and imperatively an infestation of ants everywhere. As well as strict monitoring of parking nuisances in the driveway that began to be overbearing with attached surveillance captures of my movement outside. The most unfortunate facet of our stay was that not only was the heated pool unavailable but neither was the fire pit in 40 degree weather. Some pros were the steady communication of the host basement media/lounge area as previously mentioned location. I would book this stay for convenience

Was great stay in a nice quiet area. But is also very easy to get into Boston. Had a conflict with one of the neighbors and the host was able to take care of everything very quickly. Other than that it was a great neighborhood with a nice quiet beach area.

Milan was very helpful and informative without constantly messaging or checking in. My friends and I had a great time at this property and would definitely consider renting from Milan again.

This home was so beautiful and cozy. kitchen was amazing, anything I needed was available from a potato peeler to seasonings available for use. The best sleep I had in a long time in the beds... was an amazing stay in a gorgeous home. would definitely recommend

This was a great place! Beautiful space filled with light and so close to the beach that I got to watch the sunrise during our stay. The kitchen is gorgeous and we had everything we needed for cooking a couple of meals. The beds were comfortable and the whole space was clean. There was a Walmart 5 minutes away which was convenient for us. I would definitely recommend this space, I would be comfortable having young kids in this space.

Milan was a great just, and the home was beautiful!

We needed a place close to home while we had some remodeling done. This home was more than we expected. Aptly named Serenity as it was a haven for the two weeks we had to live away. We also had our two furbabies with us. The kitchen was a chef's dream.

The house was pristinely clean and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable home, kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed for cooking (pots/pans, utensils, spices).

Great Host and beautiful home

Milan is so kind. His place is beautiful, very clean, spacious, and perfect for my family. The pool and ping pong tables were a hit! Getting in and out was easy. I loved everything about the home. If I ever visit Boston again, I'll be staying at Milan's place!

We loved that we were between Boston and Salem. The area was easily accessible and located on a quiet street. Lots of room to spread out with great space for us to congregate in the kitchen and living room areas!

Fantastic house! It’s beautifully decorated, very spacious, and has plenty of high-end amenities. The outdoor area near the pool is great, and it’s just a short walk to the beach access point for a walk. We brought our pup which made for a great family trip- he had plenty of room to run around and liked just being in the fenced in back yard, just sniffing and hanging out. Everything in the house (e.g., lights) was clearly labeled with ann excellent binder in the kitchen full of useful information. The communication- both before and during our stay- was some of the best I’ve experienced. The house was spotless and had a good chill clean vibe. While you can hear planes from nearby Logan Airport on certain days, this was clearly disclosed in the listing, so it wasn’t an issue for us. The location is excellent – we visited Cambridge, Salem, and downtown Boston, and none of the drives felt too long. Residential neighborhood that was quiet and very cute. Neighbors had fun Halloween decorations. Huge kitchen that was well stocked! They also have two standard drip coffee makers and an espresso machine, which was a nice touch. Beds were very firm. Downstairs game room was a great place for our kids to chill. Honestly the house had a great layout and was much bigger than I would have expected. Overall, it’s clear the owners take great care of this home, and it made for a really enjoyable stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us! We really appreciate it.

This is an absolutely gorgeous home that is central to Boston and Salem. Milan has everything needed for a comfortable stay, especially for a large group. We had 6 people for two nights after a cruise out of Boston. It was an easy drive to visit Salem and to get back to the airport. It's a lovely location. We also enjoyed the pool outside. Overall a wonderful stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This place was like finding a hidden Easter egg as a kid! Such a pleasant find. A hidden gem. The photos on the listing are appealing but it doesn’t prepare you for the size of the home, the beauty of the backyard and the kitchen…. I mean cmon! I couldn’t with a good conscience, eat out every day we were there. I had to use that kitchen! The downstairs bathroom has a steam sauna setting that was lovely. Great location, on the outskirts but close enough to everything. Hosts were very wonderful to deal with and I would happily stay here again when I visit Boston. Super charming place. Perfect for family reunions and such!

Positives: Responsive, nice hosts. House was as described and had all the things you’d need during the stay. Close walk to private quiet beach. Dog friendly home. Negatives: lots of ants mostly in the kitchen— we had to buy ant spray during our stay to control them; neighbors were heavy smokers of marijuana and cigarettes so odor was constantly present when swimming in the backyard with our young family members which was disappointing but obviously nothing the hosts can control.

Milan was a responsive, prompt host. The house is beautiful and the pool and ping pong table was a great addition for the kids. The pool was nice and clean and you’re seconds away from the beach if you prefer to swim in the ocean. Starbucks is a 10-minute walk, which was a bonus for us. Its close to Salem and Boston too. This is a great place to stay!

Everything was great! Clean, beautiful quiet location. Lots of amenities. The only downfall was I think the pool cleaner didn’t come before our arrival. It needed some attention (plastic bottle in filter that we removed and more debris than normal. As well as a bit cloudy/green. It didn't keep us from using it but did get worse throughout our stay. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay!

This last-minute staycation was wonderful. Milan is a wonderful, responsive and kind host. We appreciated the care we received. The house is beautiful, the kitchen is massive and fully stocked, and the amenities are perfect for a family gathering. I travel all over the world and we have been very lucky with homes we have chosen. However, this house was truly exactly what we wanted and needed. Plus the pool table converts to a ping pong table, which is a personal favorite. The pool was so very nice to have. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, again, Milan. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

Beautiful house steps from the beach. It was even nicer and bigger than we imagined! Easy to get to Boston with a quick drive or Uber ride. Would definitely recommend!

Rented this place as a getaway from the city while having some family stay for a long weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful and I cannot say enough about the kitchen. Every single person who came over complimented the giant island which was perfect for hosting a small get-together. The large living room and dining area also provided extra space for guests, along with a great basement for games and entertainment (including pool table). Milan was an extremely helpful and responsive host. I messaged to inquire about a few things and I would get a response immediately to help which was great. They also include a full manual to help visitors get acquainted with the house and surrounding areas. Although we were here during the winter, it was still cool to be able to walk to the beach within 1 minute and get a beautiful view of the city and water. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone else!

This home was SO beautiful and cozy we found ourselves searching to see how much it would be to buy it! It’s right off the Lynnway so tons of restaurants and shops. Right by the water. We came in winter and now we want to come back in summer. Our kids loved the games and pool table and that kitchen!!! Wow!!! Milan was an excellent and responsive host. A class property. Beautiful bnb! One of the best I’ve seen or lived at. Milan was very responsive to any questions I had. The location is great, just couple of steps away from the beach. It had new and modern appliances, great aesthetics, firm mattresses, perfectly working hvac, self sufficient pantry and a lot more. Definitely would recommend this bnb for a large group visiting Boston.

We booked Milan’s place for our trip to Boston and it was easily the best part of the entire stay there. The place is just a walk away from a beautiful beach, hence our sunrises and sunsets were both sorted. The house has a lot to offer right from the huge kitchen equipped with everything you might need to a game room which has a plethora of games to keep you entertained through the day. There is also a sauna in one of the bathrooms and both bathroom floors are heated. It is a very beautiful and peaceful house that makes you feel right at home. Proximity from the airport and the downtown was the icing on the cake. Cannot wait to make a trip back in the summer and enjoy the pool! 10/10 on everything, highly recommend this property both if traveling as a couple or with a group of friends.
