Savannah Poolside Perch (Pet friendly)

We enjoyed staying at Milan’s house! It was exactly as described and so close to downtown Savannah! We are glad we were able to stay here!

On the positive side, our kids loved the pool, hot tub and pool table. The host was very responsive as well. The rest of the home left something to be desired. The home wasn’t quite fully clean, the bathrooms and showers needed maintenance and most of the finishes (outlets, walls, trim, doors, etc.) weren’t up to the level expected for a property of this cost.

This place is way more spacious than the photos. It was a pleasant surprise. It's the perfect place for a family or group of friends wanting to get away. I live close by, but wanted to rent a place that my friends could come hang out for my birthday. We definitely enjoyed the entire house! From the pool table, to the hot tub (my friends' fave), the pool (my fave) and even the game room out back, there was something for everyone to enjoy. We brought food and cooked on Saturday, then spent Sunday recovering and watching shows in the living room. It was truly the perfect weekend. Thank you for thinking of EVERYTHING that one could need for a home away from home!

This house was so pretty and clean, my whole family loved it! It is pretty close to everything and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The pool was very nice. There was 6 of us and a toddler and there is plenty of room. Milan was great, he answered our questions really quick. Definitely want to stay here again. Thank you!!

unfortunate that we had to leave and find another place for vacation. The fact that the sewer problem was not mentioned in the listing is very disappointing. But I will say they were very responsive when I messaged him. And had someone there very timely. It just wasn't a quick fix.

Milan was an excellent host and responded very quickly anytime we needed something. Very very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back here when we can!!

Host was flexible, easy going and communicated very well. The space was peaceful with a few things to do while relaxing there. Convient to many places nearby.

I feel that this was on okay vacation but we did end up leaving a night early because it just didn’t seem to be much to do in the area with having our dogs with us. This was no fault to the owners/property. The house was nicely decorated and clean however it seemed to have a mildew smell perhaps because it is an older home. It has nice renovations and I loved the design. Our biggest issue was the mosquitoes!!! Unfortunately the grass was not cut and was really high and as soon as we walked out the house we were bitten. We had to fight to keep them out the car! I love water but I did t even get in the pool because it had debris in it and was time for it to be cleaned plus the mosquitoes didn’t help. I just don’t think I will plan anymore trips to Savannah anytime soon

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, older home located in a quiet neighborhood that’s perfect for a family getaway. It’s close to Publix, Walmart and a few restaurants. It takes about 10 minutes to get to downtown Savannah and 20 or so minutes to get to Tybee. *Pros:* - Updated decor that made the older home feel more modern - Provided toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and several spices in the kitchen - The pool, pool table and poker room added extra fun which made a cool hangout for our teen. Lots of board games too. -It’s a pet friendly home and it’s super clean. You’d never know a pet was there. *Host:* The host, Milan, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He was kind and attentive, making us feel welcomed. *Cons:* - The living room tends to stay hot during the day, so it wasn’t the most comfortable spot to hang out -There’s no television in the bedrooms - The back door leading to the pool area has no step, just a pi

The house was very clean and organized. We had a small hiccup with the tv but Milan was quick and responsive to fix the issue within the house during 4th of July weekend. The pool was amazing, very clean, pool accessories were available. The game room was an added surprise. The house was very close to a Walmart and Publix which was helpful for groceries and it was stacked with items to use. We loved the pool table and loved staying here!

While the house itself was nice, our trip was largely ruined due to a significant issue with the toilets not working when it rained. This problem affected us for three days of our stay, and four if you include the day we left. The property owner did not communicate with us at all during this time, leaving us to deal with a maintenance person whose advice was to "go find a gas station" if we needed a restroom. I believe a property cannot be considered habitable if the bathrooms do not function during rain. This situation caused my entire family undue stress, exacerbated by the lack of communication from the property owner. When I tried to speak with the owner about our trip, the owner downplayed the impact to me and my family. I am disappointed in my whole experience and am feeling weary about using VRBO again.

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah! The location was 10/15 minutes from downtown and 15/20 from Tybee. All of our Ubers were affordable. The sleeping arrangements are as described and everything was nice.

We stayed here for my bachelor’s trip. Great area! Host was very helpful (A/C in game unit went out and he had to fixed the next morning.) Would stay here again! 10/10

We had a great friends week at this wonderful home! The pool was so nice, and the proximity to Savannah and Tybee is a huge plus! We loved hanging out by the fire pit at night, too! The beds were comfy with nice bedding and the bedrooms are nicely decorated, exactly as shown in the photos. There were 4 of us staying here, and each of us had a really comfortable stay with the spacious floor plan. There is a Publix, Walmart, a few restaurants, and a gas station just a few hundred feet away from the home for easy access to groceries and shopping. Overall, this is an excellent home for a family or friends trip! I would absolutely recommend giving this one a second look!

The location was perfect. Convenient to Tybee and Savannah. The house was perfect for our family.

The location of this home is ideal for Savannah. We were about 15 mins from downtown and 20 mins from Tybee Island. It was super useful to have Wal-mart and Publix less than a mile away as well. We made great use of the billiards table and the game shed; lots of evenings of poker. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on as well. The only downer was that the pool was too cold to make use of in late March. I would recommend this property to others.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was easy to access the city of Savannah which is full of history, design, art and highly rated restaurants. Plus it was also easy access to the beach and the oceanfront vibe. Milan was a good host, very attentive to our requests. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Good experience!

This home was beautiful! We were a short 15-20 minutes away from City Market and 20 minutes from Tybee Island. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The pool is HUGE! My kids want to go back in the summer lol The comforters in the bedrooms along with the beds were incredibly comfortable. Loved the array of seasonings available for us to use. We had to book this home very last minute in Milan was very responsive and helpful with getting us into the home. There was no delay with getting into the house. We appreciate you and look forward to coming back to Savannah!

Our stay at this home was absolutely fantastic! The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could ask for. The highlight of our trip was the incredible game room—it was equipped with a poker table, a pool table, and a variety of board games that kept everyone entertained for hours. The location was ideal, offering a peaceful neighborhood vibe while still being just a short drive from downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. We had to stay in Savannah unexpectedly for 2 weeks. Milan’s place was available and it worked perfectly for us! We had our 2 dogs with us and needed a place convenient to Memorial Hospital. We will definitely book this home again.

Nice spacious home, close to everything.

It was a cute older home, Liked having the Pool Table since our boys love to play. The flooring is coming up a little bit so you have to watch out especially in the kitchen and in the hallway, and by husband cut his foot on the bathroom floor from something. Master Bedroom bed was comfortable but was not a fan on how low to the ground it was. The bottom freezer was a little dirty. It was nice having a good size kitchen table for my family. We stayed during Christmas week whished it was decorated but that is no big deal, I know allot of rentals don't. Overall it was a nice place.

My family and I stayed at Milan's over Thanksgiving week. There was plenty of space and the home was very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the pool table, as a fun activity!

Really great location being close to downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. A plus was having two major shopping stores super close.

This was in a good location between Tybee and Savannah. This is an older home in an older neighborhood. The pool area needs some work and the pool wasn’t very clean.

1st time using Air bnb. I like getting points at hotels. I was impressed , check in was easy. House was private, peaceful,& close to shops, downtown & beach! Perfectly located! Entire house, pool & fenced in yard to ourselves! I have a physical disability and travel w/a service dog, my friend is an animal lover, so being dog friendly is big plus as she has pets. ONE floor was also a plus. House was clean and comfortable and matched the description and the pictures. My girlfriend was in love and we didn't want to leave! Our host was communicative and responsive and all was good. Will definitely stay again during our next trip to Savannah. The experience has opened my mind to other bnb opportunities. We had an amazing stay in Savannah! The house was perfect for our weekend girls trip. There was a comfortable place for everyone to sleep. We loved that there was a pool and we were just a short Uber ride away from downtown Savannah! Milan was very kind and helpful and was extremely responsive to any questions! I would definitely recommend a stay here!

While the location is strong and the and the pool was nice, we were deeply disappointed to arrive at the home completely trashed (likely) by the previous stay. The temperature inside was 93 degrees and there were soiled linens and garbage strewn about the floors. Based on mold in the coffeepot and curdled milk with growth in various cups throughout the home, I would expect it was at least a week. After about an hour, an alleged co-owner (not designated point of contact) arrived to personally clean the property, despite having paid for a professional cleaning. After a couple of hours, it was adequately cleaned and our group enjoyed each others' company. There was discussion of a partial refund within a brief timetable; however, it has been a week since our arrival and it has yet to be received.

This place is fantastic- perfect private and peaceful spot between Savannah and Tybee. The home is sapcious and tastefully decorated. Ample kitchen and living space were great. The pool table, swimming pool, and game room were a lot of fun for the whole family. You can tell a lot of care and attention went into this home. We stayed with our 3 little girlss and grandparents. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

This property was the perfect location for our visit to Savannah. It is 10 min drive to Tybee Island and 16 min to historic Savanah. The property is spacious and Nicely appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed even spices in the cabinet. The pool was such a luxury after a day of sightseeing. Nice and relaxing. The pool table was another bonus we enjoyed. The host was very responsive with all our questions and took care of things promptly. .
