BEDROOMS & OFFICE: Each of the 3 bedrooms is thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding and fresh linens.

Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 2): Queen bed.
Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2): Queen bed.
Bedroom 3(Sleeps 1): A cozy Full bed.
Bed 4/Office (Sleeps 1): A versatile space featuring a Twin bed and a dedicated workspace—perfect for remote work or study.

KITCHEN: A fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring brand-new, high-end appliances. Whether you’re brewing a morning cup via the dual-system coffee machine (12-cup or single-serve) or preparing a family feast, you’ll find everything you need, including a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and professional-grade cookware.

LIVING & DINING: Bask in the natural sunlight of the open-concept living area. Gather around the dining table for meals and laughs, or unwind in the stylish lounge after a day of exploring the city.

ENTERTAINMENT: We’ve turned this home into an entertainment hub! Enjoy a variety of game tables and board games perfect for a rainy afternoon or a fun night in with the family.

Important Notes
LAUNDRY: Brand new, in-house laundry facilities for your convenience.

PARKING: A visitor parking permit may be available upon request (not guaranteed). Please be mindful of Cambridge street-cleaning signs.

ACCESSIBILITY: This is an upstairs, two-level unit accessed by stairs only.

SECURITY: For your peace of mind, we have video surveillance of the front and back doors. We also utilize smart noise and smoke detection devices (no audio or video is recorded).

House Rules & Policies
SMOKING & DRUGS: This is a strictly non-smoking and drug-free home. This applies to the entire property, inside and out (including vaping). Evidence of violation will result in a $1,000 fine plus additional cleaning fees.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. Absolutely no parties, large gatherings, or loud music. Any disturbance reported by neighbors or police will result in immediate removal without refund and a $1,000 fine.

GUEST COUNT: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Children must be included in the guest count.

MAINTENANCE: To keep our appliances in top shape, please remove all food residue before using the dishwasher. A $200 fee applies if the drain is clogged due to debris.

PACKAGES: We cannot forward or retrieve mail. Please use a local FedEx or UPS pickup location for any deliveries.

DAMAGES: Guests are liable for damages and incidentals; by booking, you agree that any such costs will be billed to your credit card on file upon receipt of an invoice and photo proof.

Third stay here and I already know I’ll be coming back again! 😊 I’m so happy the adjustable desk is still here!! This place is always spotless, cozy, and feels like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be more convenient, he subway is right nearby and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance, so getting around without a car is super easy and saved me a lot of money!! Everything was perfect as usual. Highly recommend, and I’m sure this won’t be my last stay here!
