Luxury Savannah Retreat (Heated Pool+Pet Friendly)

The host accommodated us with two crockpots when the oven broke the day before we arrived for Thanksgiving so we are grateful for that. Space could have been a little cleaner.

Spacious and comfortable bungalow with a private yard and gorgeous trees.

House was in a beautiful location, with easy access to Savannah. Very clean and nicely decorated.

This place is loaded with pests. So much so my dog was bit by a copperhead in the backyard which could have easily been myself, my kid or my fiancé. This place ended up costing me an extra 3,000 in damages to my dog but the vet bills are not over yet. The host almost made a mockery by sending me $100 as in “inconvenience”. It ruined our entire stay. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN OR DOGS! Air b&b had me file reports to try and recoup some of our costs only to be put in touch with another department who told me to kick rocks. Such a waste. Be warned that this place has the potential to be harmful.

We had family from all across the country come for our mother's 90th birthday- perfect location for a get together. The backyard was spectacular and the house was clean and roomy. Couldnt have asked for a better place for this special gathering.

Milan’s place was fairly good, we enjoyed our stay overall. It was located 15 minutes from downtown Savannah and about 25-30 from tybee island. The house was styled well and had a good amount of activities to do. The oven wasn’t working on arrival and there had been no prior communication about it. They did provide a small air fryer/toaster oven however it kept tripping the breaker. The pool was also dirty on arrival and had a large spot on the bottom that was peeling off that wasn’t mentioned to us beforehand. Milan ensured us this was only a cosmetic defect and didn’t affect functionality of the pool. They do require a pool waiver be signed prior to swimming as well.

Our family of five (plus our dog) had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and well decorated with lots of fun things to do. The pool and backyard were lovely and peaceful! We also thought the beds were very comfortable. The master shower was great too! Milan was very responsive to our questions and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Milan's place. He was very responsive, even in the weeks leading to our arrival. The house was comfortable and a perfect space for our family. The yard was a well thought out space that looked to be in the process of some upgrades. The pool was enjoyable, the mini golf was a treat that we didn't expect, and the fire pit with the outside string lights made for cozy evenings. A downside was the noise from a shooting range fairly close by. It didn't really affect us but it could be an issue for some. The location was perfect to have close access to downtown Savannah without staying in Downtown. It was an easy drive or a quick Uber/Lyft. We also didn't realize just how close Wormsloe was. That historic site was worth the visit. There were several close restaurants and WalMart was only about 5 minutes away. Another plus was Milan had 4 brand new beach chairs available for use. All in all, we had a very nice visit.

Overall a good stay. The space and location was perfect for our family. We reached out to Milan several times during our stay. The grounds and pool can use some TLC. I messaged Milan about the dirty pool. He said a storm had just come through and offered a hand skimmer which was not effective for all of the dirt and debris at the bottom of the pool. We asked about their pool service, Milan responded and had it cleaned same day. The oven knob was missing for which we were told it was back ordered, but he had a large toaster oven in the closet available to use. Grateful, since we needed to bake my husband’s birthday cake. Pleasantly surprised how well it turned out! There was also a plumbing issue, but again Milan responded quickly and had a plumber out that morning. Disappointed with the number of bath towels. There was one per person so we had to do laundry daily to have fresh towels/washcloths. Plenty of pool towels though. We appreciate Milan’s timely responsiveness. Thank you!

This Airbnb was clean, peaceful, and a retreat.. this house had everything we needed, host answered all of our questions and was very responsive,, we felt right at home and loved the layout of the house and backyard. Bring your groceries, and enjoy yourself.

The house was beautiful, well-appointed and very clean! The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was stocked with more than I would expect. The game room was a great bonus. The pool and the pergola outdoors were our favorite hang-out! Loved the place and would 100% stay here again. When we arrived the grill was broken and Milan replaced it within a day. That was super-important to us and we REALLY appreciate his responsiveness to this. It saved our vacation. The downsides: one of the bathrooms did not work the whole time. Having 8 people and just 2 bathrooms is tough, we really needed the 3 that were advertised. The pool was cloudy most of our stay. It cleared up at the end. The knob was broken off the oven so it was not usable at all. Fortunately a small toaster over was there as an option. Finally the backyard is near an outdoor shooting range. This did not bother us TOO much but if people had dogs I could see them being freaked out by the gunfire during most days.

Milan’s place is amazing if you’re a family with young kids: there’s a little put-put course, a fire pit, the pool isn’t too deep, the fire pit, grill, and covered sitting area are nice. Unfortunately, this place is not great for a lot of adults. Supposedly it supports 8+ people, but there are only 3 rooms with double beds- the rest are short, unsupported futons (one folded out into a domed shape instead of flat), and a blow up mattress. Kids wouldn’t mind this thing, but as young adults we were all cranky due to poor sleep. Positives: -The kitchen is GORGEOUS and great if you love/need to cook -well laid out space where the bedrooms are in one area away from the loud game room You Should Know: -The game room gets very humid -Plenty of pool towels, but few bath towels -All beds were HARD -It’s near a gun club, shots can get loud (never close or dangerous). Observation: Clear signs of ongoing maintenance and recent improvements, you’ll likely have a better experience than we did.

Wonderful location. Only 15 minutes from downtown. Location is also 11 minutes from a huge shopping area. Dog’s were safe while we were out and about.

Milan’s home is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable for a family stay. Although we weren’t able to use the pool during our visit, the home itself was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Milan was extremely responsive throughout our stay and was very accommodating when a few small mishaps came up. His quick communication and willingness to help really made a difference. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Milan’s place to others. I’m giving our stay a 4 out of 5!

Enjoyed our stay in Savannah. Plenty of closet space, showers were great, hot water for all 7 of us. Plenty of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent. Coffee maker with Folgers coffee and filters on hand for our use. Loved the ninja toaster oven too. The heated pool was at 86 degrees for our whole trip! Plenty of floaties, great fenced backyard; beautiful pergola, fire pit, bbq grill and putting greens! There is a gun club a few miles away so don’t be surprised if on occasion you hear some practicing when you are outside. Neighborhood overall very quiet and inside house very quiet. Nearby restaurants like Skidaway BBQ take out, Mexican restaurants, and pizza. Easy 12-15 minutes to downtown Savannah. 30 minutes to Tybee Island which is a must to visit.Kroger, Publix, Walmart nearby for groceries. Pool table, ping pong, games for inside fun. We would definitely stay here again.

House was great, host was very responsive. The location was perfect to get to historic district in 15 minutes of Tybee in 30.Dog friendly which was a huge plus.Highly recommend

We stayed for several nights while visiting family who live in the Landings. This location was close to them, and all amenities we needed. The home is well laid out with a large kitchen and common space for convening, and everything was as described in the listing!

Very nice and clean location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are three full bathrooms in the home but one is located in the family room towards the back of the home. It’s not near the bedrooms although we were able to use it and had no problems doing so. The pool area was nice. We never got in because it was a little cold for us and we couldn’t figure out the heater. Please note, Milan came over one afternoon and adjusted the temperature. He was very responsive to our needs. We never used the pool but we did use the grill which we enjoyed.

We liked the house, but not sure it’s a luxury stay, the furniture was hard and uncomfortable in the living room and also in the den/playroom. The grandkids loved the pool table that converted to ping pong. There were several games but many missed pieces. The pool was great, but it had a bad spot on the bottom just needs some work. The master shower drain overflows onto the floor and we had to mop the water with towels etc. Everyone loved the refrigerator and the ice maker was a big round ice ball that they thought was super cool. Overall we give it a 4 out of 5. Milan was very fast to respond to messages. We are grateful to have stayed in a nice place.

The house is very old. The breakers to the living room and bathroom kept shutting down and the kitchen also. It made you feel unsafe. The pool needed to be resurfaced so it was uncomfortable to walk on certain areas. When I called about the breakers, Milan did not mention that it would happen our entire 5 days. Never got the ice maker to work.

We were in town for a Sporting Clay tournament at the Forest City Gun Club and this location is perfect for an event there. The dining options are fantastic and very nearby and everything about the stay was wonderful. The remodel of the property was done very well and the showers, kitchen and game room area were all top notch. Pool was great as well but we did not heat it in time unfortunately so it was a bit chilly. All in all, a great place to rest!

Really loved this home short drive to downtown Savannah , house is very nice and would not hesitate to rent again.

What are the price you paid? I believe the place could’ve been better especially the pool that fixing at the bottom. Something inside the pool did dig my foot on the but I’m not a crybaby my opinion so I’m giving it house is beautiful. Inside is beautiful. just need to be upgraded if you’re gonna be charging that amount of money, my wife loved it. My mother-in-law loved it my grandmother loved it. My daughter loved it so I love it also

We stayed for a week for our family vacation. My daughter, grandkids and parents were with us. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The master bath had a walk-in shower with seating which was very helpful for my parents. The kitchen and dinning area was wonderful for all of us to come together. Only 2 of the 3 rooms had a tv and no tv in the living room area only the game room. The furniture wasn’t too comfortable for all of us to gather and watch a movie so we used pillows for extra cushion. The oven wasn’t working for us to cook brownies and when I messaged Milan and told him, within 30 minutes he had an air fryer over delivered to the house for us to use which was greatly appreciated. We loved the outside pool area. Beautiful home and great location. I would recommend with recommended suggestions.

We really enjoyed staying at Milan’s house. Communication and check in was very easy! We loved the area, close to wormsloe and Skidaway state park, great restaurants nearby especially the Wyld, and very quiet at night. Our kids loved the pool table, games, and pool, and that they had a tv in each bedroom. We found the kitchen was very comfortable to cook in and had all the everything we needed. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you are looking for the quieter side of Savannah.

Our group of 6 had a great weekend stay at Milan's place. The house was beautiful and had every amenity that we could possibly need. Milan was great with communicating before and during our stay, and was accommodating to our questions/requests. All of the appliances were up to date which made our stay much easier, and the location was great as it was just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city but just a short car ride to the main areas. I would highly recommend this house to others!

We enjoyed our stay and liked the amenities. There was an odd smell throughout the home. The floors were pretty dirty. I wiped the couch with a wet paper towel, and the paper towel was nearly black. As a host, I would want to know if my cleaning was not up to par. The yard needs some TLC. We would definitely stay again if the cleaning improved and the smells were eliminated.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful vacation rental in Savannah, GA over the 4th of July weekend. The property was super clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The highlights of our stay were definitely the pool and the game room. We spent hours enjoying the water and playing games, which made for some unforgettable memories. The location is also great, providing easy access to everything Savannah has to offer. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Amazing house for a family vacation. There was a lot of extra sleeping space if you had a bigger group. The adults and kids all enjoyed the pool and backyard fire pit. it was only about 13 minutes away from River Street and everything else you would want to do while it’s Savannah. I would definitely book this house again next time we are in the area. The host was amazing and responded quickly with any questions I had before and during the trip. They definitely deserve more than five stars!

Very clean, convenient location, spacious.

Milan was a wonderful and responsive host. We encountered a few hiccups upon arrival and Milan went above and beyond to remedy the issues. We really enjoyed the pool and spent most of our days out in the yard. One note that would have been helpful to know is that the house is less than a mile from a gun range and you can clearly hear shooting during the day from the backyard (especially over the weekend.) The home has been well updated and maintained, but the three bedrooms are all on one side of the home, making things cozy for better or worse! The neighborhood is fine, but the home is on a busy road/no sidewalks, so I would not consider the area walkable. You can easily drive to downtown Savannah (20 mins) and there are a few restaurants, coffee shop & bakery 1 minute away.

The home is exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back soon.

We had a lovely stay at Milan’s home. It was just as it’s pictured. We were a family of four plus our dog. Milan was such a great host and so responsive! The house was very clean. The bedooms were spacious and comfortable. My husband used the office space since he had to work this week. That was nice to have. Our son loved the game room. The bathrooms were very clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. I appreciated having the hairdryer with a diffuser for my curly hair. Our dog LOVED the backyard. He had so much space to run and explore. If he could write a review, he would give the yard a 10 out of 10! We didn’t use the pool but it’s lovely and definitely heated. Our only complaint would be the lawn service waking us up at 7:30am this morning while cutting the grass! Overall our stay was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend Milan’s place. Book it, you won’t regret it.

Great upgraded house from the 50s, on quaint sandfly island. Close to just about everything in the Savannah area. Heated pool was awesome but needed a bit of refinishing and painting in the bottom. Would definitely stay at Milan’s place again!!

One of the best hosts I’ve ever stayed with! Milan went WAY above and beyond for my group! He was so accommodating and responsive. He fixed every little issue that came up FAST. The house itself was so special, so beautiful and so peaceful. Its location can’t be beat! The interior is high end, the game room was such fun and the backyard is amazing!!! Thank you for the perfect setting for my sister’s elopement ceremony! We will never forget it!

This home and setting was gorgeous with huge oak trees with Spanish moss then enter with soft piano jazz playing and you’re right at home away from home. We will definitely come back here! And Savanna was so charming and Tybee island featured beautiful beaches and great restaurants and shopping

The house was great and the kitchen had everything you need-- pots, pans, cutting boards, all the spices, coffee, napkins, etc. It was well-stocked with all the essentials, lots of towels, bathroom products so never had to worry about running out as we stayed for 3 weeks. Milan was fantastic - very responsive AND reactive. And extremely communicative and respectful regarding landscaper, housekeeper, pool maintenance. We stayed there for 3 weeks and it felt so great, we wish we could have stayed longer. During our stay there was a chance of a hurricane and/or tornado hitting Savannah. Milan kept us (particularly my wife Leslie) calm and informed and arranged to have emergency supplies dropped off just in case. It was such a great experience, we recommend the Savannah house, and Milan to everyone.

What a lovely home and wonderful host! The house is beautiful - truly - and so incredibly clean! The yard looks like it is out of a dreamy magazine. Milan was so responsive and kind and so very HELPFUL! The location is great, near restaurants and Walmart, close to downtown and 30 mins to Tybee - and the drive to the home is gorgeous. Our pups loved the fenced in yard. We loved the pool. Lots of pantry and fridge space. Just overall a wonderful experience! If you are lucky enough to find open dates at this home, book it! House is cute, but cheaply renovated and decorated. Beds are not comfortable and sag in the middle. Toilets make noises (constantly running water and loud) and you can hear gunshots at the firing range all day, along with tons of road noise. Overpriced for location and what house includes.

We got stuck without a place to stay upon arriving in Savannah. I could not believe this owner responded to my request and within minutes we were inside our new Airbnb safe from the rain and the crazy feeling of not having a place to stay. Much to my surprise, this place was BETTER than the photos. The kitchen was just amazing...the fridge was so high end, it had an ice maker that made highball ice cubes...so fun!!! The backyard was quiet and a retreat from the crazy downtown area. It was more than I ever hoped for. The beds are so high end and the sheets...just WOW. THREE Showers!!!! Great fun... thank you so much Milan for being an amazing host and saving the weekend for us.

We stayed here for 6 days with 3 adults, 2 small kids and a dog. Expected 5-star experience based on photos/reviews/description/price, but it was lacking in regular maintenance and not worth the $4600 we paid for 6 days. The positives: Milan replied within minutes any time I sent a message. House overall is beautifully decorated with a great layout. Heated pool was enjoyable. Kitchen had expected amenities. Convenient location to Savannah & Tybee. The negatives: Yard is huge but most isn’t landscaped; found metal debris throughout so didn't let our dog wander or kids play. We spent a long time getting the pool heater working. Pool floor is peeling badly. Primary bath shower drain was clogged and overflowed (we fixed). One bedroom had holes in wall where they ran cable for TV but didn't fix the drywall. Towel racks/TP holders falling off the wall. Received 3 large package deliveries for owner. A man came by unannounced taking photos of house and going into the fenced back yard.

Milan was a terrific host. The house was just as advertised and he assisted us on a couple of requests within minutes. Lovely house! Would stay here again when back in Savannah.

We loved this house. We brought our extended family to see Savannah and the house was magnificent. I wish it was summer because we could enjoy the pool then, too. The game room was a huge hit with the teens. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Had a wonderful family Christmas. The home is updated very nicely and comfortable to stay in and very well stocked. We enjoyed the open floor plan but also the separate game room with TV. The host is very responsive and friendly. Great get away home.
