Overview

Your next unforgettable escape begins at The Orange – Panama City Beach’s most unique retreat! This renovated ranch-style single family home has 9 bedrooms, 6.5 baths and sleeps 20 all on a single level with multiple hang out areas in the house. Just a one-minute walk to the world’s most beautiful white sand beaches and crystal-blue waters, it’s the perfect place to relax, explore, and make lasting memories.

PLEASE NOTE: Our home's backyard is undergoing a transformation and we are adding a Heated Pool, Pickleball court and Mini-golf/putt putt for our Y2026 guests. As a result the backyard is inaccessible for the guests. While there will be our contstruction team on select days of the week, we will ensure it won't affect the quality of your stay. Please note that the construction will begin on Oct 22, 2025 and span until January 30, 2026. The rates are adjusted accordingly.

Experience luxury in our freshly renovated beach bungalow that offers 13 comfortable beds and 6 full bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for large families, groups, or special gatherings. The bedroom layout includes a mix of queen, bunk beds and king beds, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for everyone. Here's the full breakdown:

The fully stocked kitchen is designed with convenience in mind, featuring modern stainless steel appliances—including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave—plus all the essential cookware and utensils for preparing your favorite meals. Start your day with a fresh brew from the Keurig or classic coffee maker, and unwind in the evening with a glass of wine using the provided stemware. Gather around the spacious dining area, where there’s plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy meals together.

Outdoor:
On warm Florida days, take a refreshing dip in the cowboy tub—perfect for cooling off after a walk to the beach. When the temperatures drop, cozy up around the firepit and enjoy the glow while making memories with family and friends. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or relaxing under the stars, this outdoor retreat adds an extra layer of charm to your stay.

ADDITIONAL:
We do have video surveillance of the front door, driveway which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

We welcome all groups (friends and families) to our home, as long as rules are followed. We have a zero tolerance policy for large parties and events.

PETS:
- Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees.
- Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood.
- ⁠No unattended pets
- No pets on furniture (sofas, beds, etc).
- ⁠Clean up after them inside and outside. Dog poop needs to be bagged and disposed off from the yard also.
- Prevent excessive barking or noise.
While $100 pet fee covers extra cleaning, but additional charges apply for uncollected pet waste, soiled linens, or damaged furniture. Thanks for keeping our space pet-friendly for all!

SMOKING/DRUGS POLICY This is no smoking and no drug use house. Use of such is strictly prohibited inside or outside on premises. $500 fee for evidence of smoking or drug use plus additional cleaning fees apply.

The nightly rates are reflective of minimum guest booking with no pets. We request you to add the exact count of guests, children and pets at the time of reservation for the nightly rates to be accurately reflected for any additional charges.
