Cozy Boston Homestead + Pet Friendly

This was a great little spot for our family of four and our dog while we visited the area for Xmas. Super clean, comfortable beds and great comfortable family seating. It is tastefully decorated and nicely updated. Had everything we needed and was conveniently located. The neighborhood was nice for walking the dog. Our kids are young adults - so the bedrooms worked out fine for us - but it is important to note that the third bedroom is in the basement which might not work well if you have young children. My son slept down there and he said he was toasty warm and had no issues. The immediate nearby units look a bit run down, but neighbors were very friendly and we felt very safe. Overall a great spot!!

Would highly recommend for anyone visiting nearby colleges! Convenient location near Framingham, shopping, restaurants, freeway and commuter rail. Very comfortable sofa and well stocked kitchen.

Loved staying at Milan’s home. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. Will def be going back if I’m ever in MA again. Ty 🫶🏻

The neighborhood is a bit iffy - especially the immediate surroundings with lot of junk thrown around, didn’t make us feel comfortable. The stairs both going up and down are pretty steep. Milan was v v responsive and that helped!

Milan was a great host and went out of his way to be helpful during our stay, we appreciate his hosting experience and hospitality!

Stayed here while visiting our son that lived 15 min away. We were out most of each day and really only slept here. House was clean, beds were comfortable and there was parking out back.

Milan was an excellent host and extremely responsive, with quick and helpful replies to any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location was also convenient. It was well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking, which made it feel just like home. The apartment was well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable . Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Great place. Very clean. Comfortable living room with big TV and well stocked kitchen. A little tricky to get to the off street parking but felt very secure. Would come here again if in the area.

We stayed here for the Boston College graduation. While it was a bit far with traffic from the campus, the house exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well stocked with everything anyone could want. Milan was an excellent communicator. We definitely recommend it and would stay again.

We stayed here with our kids for a week while visiting family in the area. It really felt like a home away from home. Milan was extremely helpful providing us with everything we needed, most of which was already present at the house. Would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place to stay in the area without having to think about most things one would need while travelling.

We were here for the family wedding. And this house was exactly what we needed. It was very well situated and very close to my nephew‘s house. The kitchen was well stocked. With the whole busyness of the wedding, we needed a house that was calm and clean, and this is what it exactly was. I would have given this house five star review except for a few neighbors that were a little odd and with a couple of banged up cars in their yard.

Clean home with comfortable and clean beds and sheets. Kitchen equipped with anything that we could need. Excellent heating/cooling in the home. Loved having two designated private parking spaces.

The house was good—comfortable enough for a short stay. It had all basics utilities in kitchen . The host was easy to communicate with and responsive, which made things simple. Overall, it was decent experience for us.

Nice place that was cleaned upgraded. Fit 6 of us very comfortably with open kitchen and living room that let us be together and enjoy each other’s company. The bathrooms were clean and amenities were available to use. The beds were comfy,but I would have preferred softer pillows. Overall the place was very nice and was easy to get to and from for sightseeing trips etc. Our host was available for questions and to help us if we had questions.

Exceeded all expectations for a central location for family adventures!

We really enjoyed our stay at Milan's. We stayed here while attending a 5 days of classes in Natick. It was very comfortable, clean, and having 2 full bathrooms was a plus. It was the cleanest airbnb that I have ever stayed in. Also, it is 3 minutes to Jack's Abbey brewery.

Great place to stay! Very spacious and comfortable for a group of people to stay. The space was clean and as described. Milan was very responsive and helpful when planning our trip. Would stay here again if we found ourselves in the area. Definitely recommend to others!

Exactly as it looks, clean, easy to access anything once inside. Milan was a very responsive host and the townhouse/duplex was in great condition.

We had an excellent stay. It was easy to find. No problem with parking. Easy check in & out. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for us to enjoy meals, play games, relax and sleep. Love the decor details and the inspiration to try new flavors. Milan provided us with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and more. Would definitely stay here again.

House in bad condition, clearly the AC was off for a long time, poor ventilation that cause my sister to get asthma. Pump located in the basement room making noise during the night causing issues for my sister to sleep, she had to moved to the couch. Broken toilet seat in the laundry room/bathroom. Hot water was a major issue, no way to make it work properly in the second floor bathroom. Also, not a quiet neighborhood as described in the listing, back area neighbor had a party the day we arrived until 1 am. Based on all these issues we left the house after just 1 day and asked AIRBNB for a refund, which I only got back 780$ out of 1600$ I paid for this house, a total mess and I won’t be using Airbnb again as the listings make no sense plus I lost 800$ plus all the money I paid for the hotel I had to go with my family.

Responsive hosts. Rooms were just as pictured. Comfy sofa and super soft towels were an extra nice touch.

We had a great stay in Framingham! This house was just right for our family of 5. We were in town to visit family, but the house is also in a perfect location for a great price, whether you are going into the city or wanting a day at the beach. House was really clean. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

The home was as described - check in and check out were very simple and easy. The beds were comfortable and the living space was spacious enough to accommodate a family of 7.

Great host and great place to stay. The heat pumps worked great at keeping the house cool after a long day working outside. Plenty of room in the house and it was exactly how it was described. Make sure you know the parking rules/ban. We received tickets for being on the wrong side of the road on the wrong day (I’m assuming it was trash pick up day or something). That’s only if you park on the road. Will stay again!

House was super clean, and roomy. Three bedrooms fit our needs well and three bathrooms was a bonus. I had a small issue and they responded immediately and were quite generous about compensating for it. The place was perfect for our needs and even had a guitar for my husband!

Great house in Framingham which is 45 minutes from central Boston (Back Bay). Super easy check in and very much appreciated Milan providing us with a late check out. He was always very responsive to our queries during our stay. Close to local amenities and a great brewery (Jack's Abby) nearby which unfortunately we didn't make it to due to time constraints, but everyone we met were raving about it! Loved Boston!

We stayed for two months while relocating to the area. Great dog friendly house with washer & dryer and all the amenities to make it feel like home. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was convenient to Boston and suburbs. Lots of shopping nearby. Beds were new and comfortable. Home was clean. Two reserved parking spaces in back.
